Electric windows and mirrors not working

no voltage on fuse feeding windows ( 0.3v ) slight drop to 0.1 when controls operated also airbag light on dash illuminated ?

Check fuses, There is a set in boot at passenger side behind a grille with two thumb tabs on and also under bonnet. Different models of zafira have different type fuse boxes
