hi, i can hear a blowing sound from the front end of my car like the manifolds blowing...will this effect the performance of the car,cant hear it while its running but on tickover and when i rev when the engines warmed up....

Yes it will affect the performance of the car, ie, loss of power, more fuel consumption...
