2004 Vauxhall Zafira car not starting

car running fine,then noticed management light on,5 mins later car started losing power.pulled over & stoped engine.AA called out done a test & said not firing on 1 & 2.now no spark on all plugs.re tested & now saying immobiliser kicking in.left with vauxhall but ndont want to be taken for a ride.any comments appreciated.

Possibly the chip in the key not responding with the immobiliser...
