2006 Vauxhall Zafira tail and brake liights

my tail lights flicker then go off when i turn them on, also the brake lights do the same when i press the brake but the high level brake light works normaly,i would think it is a broken wire but does anyone know witch one and where

personaly i would start at the fuse box checking contacts on the fuses and relays checking for corrosion or water then work my way back to the rear light clusters.
