total loss of drive ( no gears ) on my o3 zafira, looking for answers to what might be the problem and what would be required for a resolution also an approx cost of fixing this as we live in the middle of no where and require getting it running as kids need to go to school

no magic solutions just check lincage attached under bonnet and moving with stick if ok box out to locate problem remove and replace book time 5.5 hours so times that by your garages labour rate prob £70 ish an hour.
