2006 Vauxhall Zafira rattling dash

Posted before without success ( apart from some idiot called do ob making smart arse comments)but this is a problem. air vent on top of dash is constantly grinding and making a noise, is there anything that be done apart from undoing dash? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE.
