2008 Vauxhall Zafira intimitent heater

Car: Vauxhall Zafira
Year: 2008
Categories: Leaks & Noises
My petrol zafira seems to have a intimmitent problem with the heater. It seems to take an age to get the heater to blow hot', even after 40 miles it is just lukewarm. The fan strength is what I'd expect. The garage keep saying everything is OK and zafira take ages to heat.
Any info appreciated.
