2006 Vauxhall Zafira trouble starting

when car is left for 3/4 hours and i try to start it i have to keep trying it for 10/15 attempts before it starts.have just had new cim unit fitted by local v/hall dealer and they say they cannot find any fault

Take it they have carried out a diagnostic scan ?
