Not runnin right

we have had problems 4 a long time now with juddering and it feels like it is loosing power we have had new egr new coil pack new injectors it has been on a diagnostic check that came back fine it has had its computer re programmed and still it judders even the vauxall garage cant seem to find what is wrong with it plus it keeps sending one of the spark plugs black any help i would be really gratefull

if one plug goes black its not burning the fuel so id look for a spark problem to that cylinder.
(as long as compression is ok)is coil directly on top of plug or is there a ht lead. can you swap plug/lead with a different cylinder to see if the black plug fault moves to another cylinder

Have a look at the wiring loom fix at http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showpost.php?p=862597&postcount=17 since it applies to a whole range of cars with Fiat Z19DT engines. The 3rd injector has a faulty connector. It only costs £12 for a new loom and it is easy to repair yourself. The link shows you step by step instructions. HTH.
