2004 Vauxhall Zafira power loss whilst driving

whilst driving management light comes on,and I experiece power loss ,when light goes off and power comes back on.It seems to happen when the engine is hot.

Could well be the EGR (exhaust gas recirculation valve) sticking with carbon build up .

Had this myself, turned out to be a crank arm sensor! 30 quid plus labour from my local Vauxhall Garage
