Vauxhall Vivaro Problems

My stop start is never available also fuel consumption has suddenly increased with no change to how i drive or additional load

Van starts, drives ,battery charges, all lights etc work fine, garage continuity checked wiring from alternator all fine, suggested auto electrician. I'm stumped. seems like common fault on vivaros.

On the fault scanner it shows the fault code c59e87h/12951175 but there is no reference to what it is.

My dash board clock has now gone pixilated , and unable to read details , or see milage speedometer

The oil system is full of water/oil sludge mixture.the oil cooler seems ok after testing it. There is no oil in the water system ,the remaining water is clean.

Just had new track rod ends and ball joint, garage tracked wheels now check esc message keeps coming on, abs and eml come on. Garage have checked tracking twice, lights out, drive a while then comes back on
