2016 Vauxhall Vivaro alternator /ecu

Battery charging fault coming up on the dash while driving it would come on randomly and stay on for 1 or 2 seconds befor going off battery is new and alternator is new all charging as it should. Help would be much appreciated

I have a 2014 64 newer shape van, Battery charging fault and stop on dash, headlights always on and wipers constantly going, had to unplug them.
