2016 Vauxhall Vivaro alternator /ecu

Car: Vauxhall Vivaro
Year: 2016
Variant: Vivaro
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
So started getting “battery charging fault” on dashboard very occasionally about 9 months ago, got to the point where it was coming on all the time and the battery went flat. Went to the mechanic and said it was the alternator , got the alternator rebuilt and a new one was £490 plus vat just to buy . So repaired alternator on and do around 30 miles and the light is back on. Go to a electrician and his saying ecu . Ecu sent of for a test and come back as fine . Any help would be much appreciated as this problem is costing me a arm and a leg. Cheers guys

I would suspect your rebuilt alternator is faulty .
