STOP sign and engine management icon illuminated and temperature gauge on max. No coolant in reservoir until I slowly release the cap, when coolant level rises up. Aso, top radiator hose is really pressurised until cap is released.

Your engine has overheated for whatever reason . You need to check the thermostat , if o.k then refill coolant reservoir when cool , run engine and see if any leaks .If nothing visible , carry out a block test for possible blown head gasket .
