my 2011 vivaro I have had the vivaro for 3 years with no problems but the light of car with spanner on dash just came on today also the orange light on the bottom of rev counter is on , in the information box on dash it says check injection when you start the engine then says check emissions when its running it seems to be running ok but pulling off in first seems a bit sluggish at first but picks up soon after runs /starts normal so any pointers please guys much appreciated thanks

You need to get it scanned with the proper diagnostic equipment and see what fault codes are stored .
