Front end wobble

Car: Vauxhall Vivaro
Year: 2010

When i driving along the van is smooth but when i come to a hill or put van under pressure the front of van wobbles side to side

Odd as it may sound I'd look at the rear engine/gearbox mount,
it runs from the box then bolts to the subframe.

Yep , as above , engine / transmission mounts can cause this ..
