2003 Vauxhall Vivaro indicator lights come on whilst braking

Hi, I have noticed that my indicators come on as a solid light at the rear but only when I have my lights on and brake at the same time does this happen? Sometimes the rear left comes on or rear right. I’ve changed the bulbs and bulb holders but no good, hoping someone can give me some other ideas.

I get you've changed the bulbs but make absolutely sure you have the correct ones
I've seen this cause by incorrect brake light bulb
There's more than one type.
If they're fine then you have a short circuit which could be anywhere.
Probably be quicker calling an autospark.

If not wrong bulb as suggested which is common , can be caused by earthing fault .
