Lack of power

i have recently had a recon gear box an clutch fitted an now i try starting from cold the throttle does not respond at all an even thou it is running it feels like its going to cut out can you help thanks paul

HiPaul, can you describe your problem a little deeper, does your Vivaro seem to run ok then loose power? does it return for a short spell after restarting, and does it lack power as if the turbo is not working? if it does this I have the answer for you :)
