2010 Vauxhall Vivaro digital display

Hi all just wondering can anyone help I have a vivaro sportive and recently had work done on it and had it back and the digital display (radio, date, time etc) isn't working and the interior lights are not coming on when you open the door or place it in the on position.
I have checked the fuses by the passenger door and they are all fine so don't know if there is any other fuses or relays that I need to check.

There's a main fuse box under the bonnet,
Passengers side under a large plastic lid.
But I'd still take it back to whoever did the work and ask if there's any chance "they" did something
