The Ecu wont hold the Injectore code and reads all injetor codes as.

One of the injector had to be changed because it was faulty.
Now cant program it into ecu.

Just to eliminate it I'd put the faulty injector back in and try the ECU with that.
If you can now read the injector code the replacement injector is faulty.
If it's the same try reading it with "Can Clip"
