Have been told miss firing on cy1 injector, had it stripped and told its fine ? It's lost all it's power and runs lumpy now and occasionally when trying to accelerate front end drops down as if I'm braking, and now it takes three or four times to start, can anyone please advise ???

Really REALLY needs code read first,
but I suspect the injector wiring harness.
The plastic air filter housing can press down onto the injector harness leading to an injector short to ground fault/code.
Careful eyeball inspection of the wire usually will show the usually very tiny insulation damage,
and there's a matching clean spot on the engine.
If not then it's a faulty injector,or the ECU.
So really needs code read first!!
