Trouble starting

Had it pluged in to a diognostics machine came up with a glow plug fault changed the glow plugs still trouble starting so had aleak back test done and the no2 tube filed up in seconds would this be my problem as allready spent a fortune on this van

Did you check you were getting power to all the glow plugs ?

Yes power staying on for about ten second

Certainly looks like knackered injector .
