Keeps blowing 30amp fuse

2006 Vauxhall Vivaro 2.5 own crew cab
Car: Vauxhall Vivaro
Year: 2006
Variant: 2.5 own crew cab
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Recently had new clutch fitted, ran ok for about 250 miles,

Would turn over but would not start,

Could not get any readings on computer

Took to main vauxhall dealer who traced to blow 30 amp fuse, and said earth strap had not been refitted when new clutch fitted

Got 3 mile from dealers and broke down again, back to main dealer to be told need new wiring loom @ £1300

Pocket full of fuses and took van home, drove about 40 miles before fuse blew

Any ideas!!!!!

Thanks
