LOSS OF POWER

VAN DRIVES OK BUT WHEN I ACCELERATE TO OVER 2500 REVS IT STUTTERS AND THEN CUTS OUT COMPLETELY. I CAN THEN RESTART THE ENGINE AND DRIVE BUT WHEN I ACCELERATE AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPENS. COULD THIS BE THE FUEL PUMP, DIRT IN THE INJECTORS ANY HELP OR THOUGHTS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

i suspect the fuel ECU is at fault. have the van plugged in and diagnosed. also, EGR valves give trouble. hope this helps!!!

hi i have recently had a recon gear box an clutch fitted to my vavaro 1.9 cdti an now i dont get any responce from the throttle when engine is started from cold can you help thanks paul
