See if the noise disappears if you lightly touch the brakes .

If nothing apparent on rear suspension , try spraying every bush and coils spring contact points with WD 40

Thank you for your email. It was difficult to say which site it was coming from so I just got under it and sprayed Shocks and springs with WD40 and oil on the bushing at bottom of shocks. Hope this cures the problem.

Do you have to take it to a garage to spray the relevant parts with the WD40?

No , you can get under the car and DIY

Agree with the previous answer. Just get down under the rear of the car and spray .

I too have a problem with squeaking from the rear of the car albeit it isn't constant, just happens when going over bumps. My car is a 2015 car and has only covered 17500 miles from new. I've suspected it is perhaps suspension bushes so I'll give them a spray with WD40 and see what happens.
