2000 Vauxhall Vectra not starting

Hi I have got an R reg vauxhall vectra very low mileage runs great but have had to bump start it iam assuming that the starter motor has seized due to not being started that often any ideas/solutions?

Unusual for a starter motor to seize .You can get pinion sticking on shaft due to dirt/clutch dust , but just needs cleaning and freeing off .Many causes , but would test battery first .Could also check all wiring , connections at starter / solenoid and earth wires .
