2008 Vauxhall Vectra rear offside fog lamp not working after bulb change

have changed the bulb several times on offside rear fog lamp still not working manual does not say where fuse for the fog lamps are. why would this be the only one not working if it was a fuse problem

Checked to see if you are getting power to lamp ?
