My car as lost power and is smoking (white in colour) very badly

There are a number of things that can cause white smoke ,from unburnt fuel to head gasket gone .You need to get it checked out before further damage occurs .

my zafira was doing the same it was the piston rings what was the problem but it could be head trouble as antifreeze can make it smoke really bad more likely to be rings
