Help in what way ? If car has been lying for two years and cam belt snapped , you could be in for expensive repairs .

was thinking of gettin a reconditioned/new engine do you or any one else have an engine or reconditioned for this car, or if not how much would one cost i've looked around and found the cheapest is £700.

You got to be very , very careful dealing with replacement / recon engine suppliers .Your own engine might not be too bad to fix , but hard to say until head removed and engine checked for damage .You could check Yellow pages and see if there are any reputable motor engineering companies who would advise you on what was best way forward , but will need to partially strip engine to estimate cost .You might just need some valves replaced or if damaged , s/hand head .
