Loss of Power

The problem happens in first or second gear, car starts to pull away in either gear, engine starts to die, you release your foot off the accelorator pedal, and the rev counter goes back up. This doesn't happen everytime i drive the car, just now and again. Although the more you put your foot on the accelorator, the more the engine dies.

Could check plugs , coil pack and engine coolant temp sensor .
