1997 Vauxhall Vectra indicator lights not flashing

all started when i put whipers onto intimitant whip heard a fast clicking coming from fuse box area then also noticed when i indicated to turn that indicator came on but didnt flash on and off either left or right. and to top it all no hazzard flashing on or off apart from bulbs coming on and staying on. rear windscreen demister turns on then turns off imediatly. all seems as though there is a switch that controls all the delays as in on off on off for whippers, indicators (hazzards) demister(rear windscreen heater) not working if this is the case where do i find it ?? is there such a relay that controls all these at once?
