1999 Vauxhall Vectra steam coming from dip stick

My car has had its headgasket done but there is steam coming out off the dipstick.Can anybody tell me what it could be?

Did you get engine oil and filter changed when head done ? Did you get head tested ? Any signs of overheating , losing water or pessurising on cooling system .If so , might still be head problems .
