Front intermittent does not work. When front wipers are on, the rear wiper will not work. The front wipers will sometimes stop anywhere on the windscreen and not park themselves at the bottom of the screen. Also the front washers will only work sometimes.

Sounds like the wiper stock is knacked.

To add to the above post ,you also get problems with the contacts in wiper motor .This shows you the fault ,
