hi, on the drivers side front wheel i have a grinding noise coming from the brakes, it grinds when i aint using the brake but dissappears when i push on the brake pedal, i had a quick look at the back of the disc and seems to be a lip on it that aint like the other discs, like a ridge before the lip, has anyone got any ideas what the noise is being caused by, i know it the brake pad on the disc but dont know why its happening?

master cilinder it pushs break pads onto disks if it sticks pads are held tight so you get noise it would be better to let pro fix it
