2000 Vauxhall Vectra misfire over 2000 revs

Engine runs ok up to 2000 revs, after this misfires, had aa out they said it had 7 differant faults, but he also erased the memory.
He also said it could be the crankshaft sensor, which has now been replaced, with no differance to the engine, when i try and start the car, the air filter seems to jump, could this be part of the same problem.

Better to get it scanned and see what the 7 faults are rather than guessing .
