loud ticking or rattle coming from inside rocker cover all the time and gettin louder but car is running fine any help please

sounds like it could be a noisy hydraulic tappet,have you checked the oil level and is condition of oil ok?

yeah oil clean and level is fine only serviced 2 months ago

If it's a noisy hydraulic tappet you could try Wynns Hydraulic Valve Lifter Treatment or something similar . Some people swear by it , others dont like additives , opinion varies .
