2005 Vauxhall Vectra clutch vibrates

My car sounds very rattley, when sat stationary, until i push the clutch in, as im pushin down on the clutch i can feel it vibrating, what could the problem be. Any idea's guys?

Dual mass flywheel is a common fault .
