2007 Vauxhall Vectra car cuts out

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2007
Variant: 1.8 exclusive petrol
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
This car has done 25k miles I have just purcahsed this car however after 2 weeks the car has started to cut out compltely with no apparent pattern as to when if does it. It has happened 6 times now, when pulling away and a couple of times when turning hard to both the left and right. It has also done it while travellimng. When you restart the car it is fine. Any ideas my last Vectra had a problem with the CIM but it was a failure of electrics eg wipers light as opposed to the whole car cutting out

check all the breather pipes as vectras have a tendancy to wear holes in rubber breather pipes due to vibration and wen u hold on full lock ur not supposed to hold on full as u strain the power msteering pump causing the pump to stiffen up slowing engine revs dwn is it a petrol or a diesel vectra ??????
