2006 Vauxhall Vectra accaluration labouring

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2006
Variant: 1.9cdti life
Categories: Gearbox & Clutch
In the last two weeks my car has started to labour when accalurating up hill. Has i change gear there don't seem to be the zip from gear to gears. It gathers speed has the road flatens out to catch up and run perfectly.

I have changed most parts in the past and kept the car running in good condition. I have started to work backwards again to find the problem.

Could this issue be change of glow plugs, filters such has the performence filter, diesel filter or even the fuel booster sensor might need cleaning, please help me find this problem has the garage are saying the turbo has gone, but this the easy way out for them.

Thanks
Nightrider

firstly if you have any warning lights on then get your fault codes checked on tech 2,there are a few visual checks you can make yourself -
check all the intake pipes between turbo, intercooler and manifold are fitted ok with no damage, make sure all vacuum pipes are ok and not damaged, check the particulate filter pressure sensor pipe/hose is not broken or worn through, and that the pressure sensor is ok.(fitted on side of fuel filter housing)check egr valve, throttle housing and intake manifold are not carboned up.if no obvious problem is found after checks then it may need the dpf regenerating or ecm software updated, there are more checks that can be done on tech 2 to diagnose, let me know what you find

Hello mate thanks for the feed back on my issue of my car, i would like to say your info has been handy, just would like to say that i had my coolaint pipe changed 1 week ago, and what i could see they had a few problems fitting it. The pipe is located at the front of the car, but you have to take most of the pipes around it to fit the pipe. would of the garage have damaged or misplace a pipe when rebuilding, has it really does labour but does get its revs has normal.
