2000 Vauxhall Vectra ecu management light stays on

my management light stays on, on my vauxhall dealer done test told me crankshaft censor replaced that then said ecu unit needs replacing. i replaced ecu unit, transponder,and key chip. light still stays on. Can someone please help me, dont know where to look next. worried.

did you get all of the items that you replaced programmed by vauxhall,what are the fault symptoms and what fault codes do you have?

yes the code for the crankshaft sensor they did not tell me but they done the work. retested again and told me it needed a ncu unit which i replaced with tran sponder and key chip still no code number was given to me. i have since looked up the codes to which i re placed there are 0340 camshaft sensor 1601 ecu unit vauxhall wanted £1080 to do the work i declined it.
