my vectra started losing power after 2000 revs ,then when i switch the car off then on again the problem goes away ?

get diagnostic test done to see what faults show up

Try a new fuel filter, worked on mine and change to BP Ultimate fuel or similiar.

Does it shake and shudder when ur foots down?
then suddenly take off?
then do it all again in the next gear? in and out of turbo revs?
My SRi V6 Cdti did this for weeks on end
