1998 Vauxhall Vectra very slow going up hills ie very little power

i have had car 2wks when going up hills there seems to be very little power only can get up to about 3 thousend revs not sure were to start looking first time had deisals many thank tony

clutch slipping new clutch unfortunately

could be clucth slipping.if clutch is ok and it is lacking power then check all your vacuum pipes to swirl flaps,turbo wastegate and throttle housing,check all your intake pipes from intercooler to turbo are tight and they are not split,these engines also suffer with coked up intake manifolds and egr valve,if clogged up then remove and clean out
