2003 Vauxhall Vectra spanner lights comes on after driving 3 miles

spanner light comes on after driving 3 miles, switch off engine, restart then after 3 miles the same problem occurs.. no power, have replaced egr valve, done vacum test, can anyone please help with this?

check your vacuum pipes are not split and that they are all connected properly,check the wastegate,swirl flap linkage and the throttle flap are all moving ok.inlet manifold,throttle and egr could be carboned up.if so then you will need to remove these parts and decoke them
