2000 Vauxhall Vectra coolant check

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2000
Variant: 2.0 CD

here is a list on what i have had done to my car.

head gasket
timing belt
water pump
skimmed and pressure testing

got it back today and the coolant level check wont come off. there is plenty off fluid in the resovoir does any one now why this may be

Could be coolant level sensor ?

might be a bit obvious but has the coolant been thoroughly bled, at both sides of the coolant pump? Also I assume that there is no leaks due to no drop in level!!??

Or as already mentioned possibly the coolant level sensor.
