2005 Vauxhall Vectra engine won't rev on start

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2005
Variant: vectra 1.9D Cdti
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Hi, just returned back from garage once again with the problem still not found. Its not a constant problem but happens now and again, when starting up you can have foot on floor and still no revs, then suddenly they kick in car runs great after that. It has been in the garage a few times now and put on the dignostics but it is showing up no fault code, no light is showing either at the time when the problem occurs. Thanks any ideas ????

check top of throttle pedal, i think on this model the throttle is controled by electrics not cable, poss the connector on the pedal may be loose or the terminals may be dirty.
