Hi. been having problems with my car ( posted problem about last month), its to the point of a relactionship break down. she wont drive it. got some one to hook up a diagnostic machine to the car.machine kept sayingit could not read nothing at all, check conection. person who was doing this has done this to manycars, never had problems. took it off mine and tried on his car. it work fine so was not the machine playing about. any clues on why it could not get any info? as said, machine is working 100% correct.

hi there is nothing wrong with the car or machine older vauxhalls will not work on these kind of machines. u need a op-com or a teck 2 or the paper clip test like mr whittingehame as said.

Hi, ok, tried the paper clip test. nothing. no lights flashed. all that come on was the hand break light ( no flashing). so, could this mean the ECU has had it??
