Car overheating

my temperature is reading 100 degrees i have taken out the thermostat ive had the gases tested in the expansion tank for the cylinder head and they r ok and my fan is working my radiator hoses what come out of the radiator get red hot with in a matter of 1 minute what could be the problem please

its possible theres an air lock in the cooling system
