1996 Vauxhall Vectra high idling speed

the car ran on after turning of the ignition, so on advice from a couple of members i changed the idle control motor, thank you for the info, now the idle speed is around the 1000 rpm mark, please any idea of what i can try next, am i looking at a head of job???????. just like to say thank you for the help received earlier with my question. now i need some more, many thanks.

Tried cleaning throttle body ?
