i was driving my car for about an hour all off a suddenly the engine managmentlight come on the revs went up and down car then cut out then turned car back on and the light was on and cut out again then turned on again and light was off and car drove ok any ideas what could be thanks

sounds like mine,sensor problems get it plugged into a diagnostic puter
