when driving slow its fine runs ok and dont overheat but when you put foot down it blows the water out the expansion tank and makes this taping noise tap tap tap only when the turbo kicks in on high revs

sounds like pinking and over boosting have this check out asap or will be very costly in the long run and may have early signs of the headgasket on its way have this checked out to
